General Contractor Kitchener-Waterloo

We got some general maintenance work and got an experienced crew. They worked high up and were experienced and safe.

We were extremely happy with the quality of work provided by LCM General Contracting. They installed coffered ceilings and closet organizers in our condo and the results are absolutely stunning. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional, courteous and capable team. Special thanks to Tim, Sahand, Jonathan and John who meticulously performed the work and to Brittany who scheduled the team and provided such responsive customer service. We are so thrilled with the results!

LCM took our hole of a basement and transformed it into a livable room! We recently discovered hidden behind some old walls of our home two covered window wells. The situation in this old basement was not great, to put it mildly. It was so bad that two other contractors had previously taken a look and refused to take on the job! I originally met with one of the assessors at LCM (Brian). Brian was insightful and filled with ideas on how to renovate the basement. He was polite and walked me through the process and options before us. LCM installed an egress window, filled a former window well, and took two poorly constructed previous "rooms" (not sure I can even call them that, they were subpar constructed walls, probably better defined as a darkened dungeon space), and transformed this space into a wonderful, well-lit, bedroom! Johnathan was the site manager and all throughout the process LCM communicated excellently and finished in incredible time. This was large job for our home, and I was surprised at how quick this project was completed. LCM was always extremely helpful and kind, willing to walk me through my questions and provided incredible advice throughout the project. I couldn't recommend LCM higher, excellent work and I would absolutely use this company again!

The LCM staff were courteous, professional, meticulous and on time. Brittany at LCM was very helpful in coordinating the job and responding when we had questions. The process, from start to finish, was a pleasure.

Wayne, Roman, Yurii, Tim and Jonathan renovated our bathrooms for us and each one of them were amazing. They were meticulous, thorough, friendly, responsive and knowledgable. I would have LCM, especially these 4 people, back in a heartbeat with any other renovation needs we have in the future. We have been very pleased with the quality of work done, and the entire team has been great to work with. Jordan has been the #1 on the job, and keeps us updated with pictures at the end of the day since we’re not onsite to see the work. Would hire them again! Thanks guys.
